Invoking the broadband speed guarantee

I have been trying unsuccessfully to invoke my broadband speed guarantee (GMDS 100 mbps minimum) through Sky's  online systems, however these all seem to assume that the problem is ongoing. It has now been fixed, but the speed was considerably reduced between 12th and 27th January, ie more than 3 days.

I believe I am still entitled to a refund of one month’s broadband subscription, but can't for the life of me work out how to request this, and needless to say I can't get through to anyone to talk about it!  Any suggestions?

There is this mentioned here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee

If it’s fallen below your Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed for 3 days in a row in the last 30 days, get in touch to claim money back.

So at the bottom of the page select "No, I still need help" > I'd prefer to get in touch > tick the box then hit the Get in touch button.
