Keep dropping and other day was only getting 120mg rather then min of 500

@Midgester if your speed derops below the minimum for your package for 3 days the online servive checker in the My Sky app should offer support. If the connection drops check the Sky hub and ONT as the lights tell you what is going on. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
