Hi there,

 

I currently have no internet. 

 

I have reset my router. Unplugged and reconnected everything. The router is showing WiFi working and power working but the internet light is not green.

 

I am at a loss on what to do.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
