Internet

I had my kit fitted on Thursday last week, and since then I've had no Internet, I've spent about 3 hrs with advisor to be told I now need a wife booster, I had no issues with my Internet until they fitted their kit on Thursday. Feels like it's something they haven't done correctly,  especially as two advisors have told me it's not connected yet and then retract that.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
