Internet
02 Feb 2026, internet has been on and off for last few days, however they tell there are no outages in my area.

Which strongly suggests the issue is with the individual circuit to your address.
Unfortunately the generic text in the checker is distinctly misleading: it's supposed to be read as no known area outage affecting multiple subscribers.
