My internet is very very slow connecting /uploading since I've moved home 

I never ever had a issue in my old house with sky but am now can you fix please

@Petal3 Posting on the Forum as you have is a customer helps customer, your post will not go any further so you would be best to call sky direct, use your landline and just call 150 to get to sky Customer Support!
