Internet
My internet has not been installed when will it be installed as you need to dig up the ground

@Clearminds76 Did you get no information from Openreach about doing the outdoor work to connect the proprty to the full fibre network? They would normally send out a text to see if you are okay or a email with a form to give the go ahead.

When is my internet due to be installed as you have taken payment however installation has still not been done. Permission has been given for you to dig outside which is required for installation

Neither Sky or any other Openreach client ISP does excavating or duct work: that's strictly the remit of Openreach and its subcontractors (or their equivalent in ROI)
Our installation (BT Broadband) took around three months because there was a metre of pavement digging involved.
