Internet

Hi, everyday for the last 2 weeks my internet goes off between 8am-12pm I have to keep resetting the hub to get it to work, I get 2 orange lights on the hub and a flashing light on the bt box on the wall. I need an engineer to come out and look for the problem but can't find anywhere to book one on the app.

@Ste811 Use the diagnostic checker, and also below the information link to find the number to call, just use the need more help.

 

This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

Give Sky a call to arrange an engineer. They'll probably try some troubleshooting first so perhaps have a think about what other appliances etc come on or go off at those times.
