Broadband connection
Tried to cancel sky today, spoke to some arrogant/obnoxious person!! I'm convinced he's turning my internet on and off regularly. Is this a possibility 😂😂

No.
If you cancel you will be left with no broadband connection so if you are planning to move to another provider you could just sign up to them as they will then take over your service and should inform Sky that you are leaving/have left.
Cancelling requires 14 days notice during which Sky will send you packaging to return your equipment so make sure you get and keep the proof of posting.

@Jaytay96 Are you currently out off contract period with sky, if you do have an inherent fault you may just take that condition if/when you decide whatever you are going to do. No need for sky to be switching the Broadband on/off just not what goes on. There is no trying to cancel, simply call them up and cancel the Broadband, they will do so put a cease on the line, then you have to deal with all off that when you goto or decide what is your next move.

Sorry. I only rang up to cancel my sports as dot need it for the next few months currently paying £119, soon to go up to £180 he said), he then tried to sell me sky glass but I didn't want it, so he was very rude.
anyway since that call my internet has been going on and off. So annoying, done the usual checks and it says it's fine.
i was convinced he was tampering with it.😂🤷🏼♂️

@Jaytay96 At least you put up what now, and explained what you where doing, hope the BB all settles down may have just been glitch in the system outwith sky's control. Hope you get what you want sorted with sky!👍
