WiFi drops every 10 mins and is been happening very often in the last weeks

Mine has been dropping every day this week whilst I'm working with customers on an Internet based connection. It's becoming a joke now seems to happen between 1pm and 3pm for me!

Wi-Fi drops very 10 mins. I have reset and reset about 10times now and still stops

When I do the WiFi checker it says I have no issues with my internet but then when I call up they say there are issues in the area but won't put me through to an agent. I am getting super frustrated now! I am Stockport based.
