Hi why does my internet keep crashing about every 2 day's on the front of my hub there is 4 lights the internet and voice keeps lighting up orange I have to reset each time and it comes on but I am going away in 2 weeks for a long time and my internet works my heating can you help me please

@Frederickalan if your heating does not continue to operate when the internet is down you have a very poorly designed control system it should fall back to the preprogrammed settings. 

 

However the issue with the issue of conectivity stopping with the voice light going amber is a well known problem caused by an intermittent fault with the server node managing your connection. Sky are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it but with numerous servers often in remote locations managing around 6 million customers a few go flaky.  If the unit serving your location is affected you can get repeated issues. There is nothing I am aware of that can stop this happening.
