I have not received router only the ethernet cable

I have upgraded my broadband for a better internet connection and on the plan showed that if I pay £9 extraI will get a new router so i added that to my plan and days later I received only a Ethernet cable without the router.

@ANALUCIA2014 you appear to have received what Sky grandly call a "conversion kit" as the hub you have is suitable for your new service. Sky do not always provide a new hub when people upgrade. The older black Hub 4 is suitable for full fibre the cable is used to connect to the ONT unit to the yellow ethernet port on the back of your hub labelled number 4.
