Broadband down again... no info from sky as usual.  For the prices they charge  it has alot of issues

@Kell7 most common cause of lost connection are faults are in the Openreach network which can easily be decades old and will afect all isps using that network.

 

Run the checker in My Sky app over a mobile connection if thst doesnt tell you there is a known fault in your area call Sky to report the issue.
