  • I got a replacement sky stream box today bud didn't get the. Router aswell the delivery driver only swapped the sky stream box. 
    he was supposed to exchange the router aswell but he didn't. 
    As I am sitting with no TV or internet and my wife depends on the internet for work purposes and need the replacement  router asap

As far as I know Sky doesn't do doorstop exchanges for a router so does anything about the delivery of or appear here for you:
