Hi

my broadband has been down since Saturday 28th March due to a driver going through the box where the cables were held, it came back on yesterday after 5pm but has gone off again.  I have spoken to Sky and we are connected through Cityfibre they have been working on it but not now.  I am puzzled as to why it has gone again. Concerned that it is just me any advice I have reset and un plugged nothing there for internet.  This is the message I have

Going by that message @Josiefloss it might be that this is still an ongoing issue where repairs might be still taking place.
