For the last two days my Rutor is slowly flashing green I have tried everything can't even get on the chat

@Tasha0709 the flashing green light means the hub cannot negotiate a connection due to a line issue.. You do need to talk to Sky to get this sorted if the online service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobilre connection doesnt offer to book an engineer after taking you through a few steps. Calling Sky is far quicker than waiting for the chat function but the automated system is even quicker
