We recently had fibre Sky installed and the internet hasn't worked since!! 

we were promised an engineer will visit and this has not happened please help as we need internet. 

I currently very much regret leaving Virgin for sky as we were lied to about the internet speeds, this was meant to be a solution and it now doesn't work at all.

 

Please call me asap to arrange an engineer.

I'm afraid that will not happen as we are customers here who help each other so are you saying you have no working connection, it is very slow or it doesn't reach certain parts of your property ?

@Internet26 If you had sky it was never activated, then your VM should still be up and working, that is the whole object off the OTS system, keep one working until the other takes over!

Sky will not call you, that is for you to call them!
