Internet
Hi, we have set up the broadband but the green light on the internet is not green but the WiFi and power is, when we've tried to connect it doesn't work. We have got the messages to say it is ready to be set up about an hour ago

@Kane1998 What are you connecting to from the sky Hub, a copper OR Master socket with the purple cable or to a FF Full Fibre ONT connection with the Ethernet cable port4 WAN connection? Sky have been known to jump the gun but most once you get the message you are free to connect and let the hub get online! Electronic version if you need below!
