My internet constantly underperforms and keeps cutting out. It's embarrassed me on a client call this morning. I really can't stress how much I want to leave sky right now, you constantly ignore my repeated complaints regarding this so I'm going to escalate it to the ombudsman.

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Any complaint you've made, Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter before any ombudsman department will be interested. 

Incidently, Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service therefore whilst it's fine for customers who work from home to use it for that purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support.

@Haig As there is nothing on the Forum you must have been speaking direct with sky or e-mailing complaints direct!
