Looks like quite few people are having problems. 

 

Doubly annoying when the Sky Service checker insists that everything is ok. 

 

My connection went down at 12.30

Sky Internet is down since 12:30am. I restarted my router & still got orange light. No Internet found

Yes im having the same problem I've got an orange light on my WiFi box but on the sky website it's saying everything is fine!!

Same here, West Surrey.

 

Fibre box has faulty light on. No internet connection. That the status page still saying status normal makes it more frustrating

Am in Surrey too. This doesn't look good on Sky customer service, as no one is here to help. 

 

Router still showing 2 orange light, it's been 1 hour. Totally disappointed

Same here in Herts. Since around 12:15am. Service checker says all is ok but orange light is on and nothing is working.

Same here, orange light, multiple restarts etc. website checker says all is fine. But no internet connection.

yeah sky Internet down in Shetland Islands as well since 1:30 am and service checker says no issues just like everyone else

Same in Charlton SE London. SO annoying that there is no one to help, been through the AI 4 times,rebooted 3 times. But nothing. Then you cannot even log a complaint as they are only open 8-9pm!! If you provide a service 24/7 customer care and reporting issues to be solved should also be 24/7. Starting to regret leaving Virgin Media... and to add insult to injury their checker app says everything is fine, so you say it isn't, but then have to go a series of steps, again, that don't help. AND, the final straw, I cannot even make a compliant. But most people work and have lives and we should be able to get help when the issues happen. **bleep**. DO BETTER SKY!!!
