Internet

Hello

 

I'm having a problem with my internet. I work from home and use Teams quite a lot. My internet is intermittently dropping out so I lose connection with the call. I have rebooted the router on several occasions and my IT team have checked my laptop so all is good from that side.

 

Can you help please?

@Paul500  Are you connecting over wifi, is it your wifi that the issue rather than the broadband line, wifi can drop off due to weak signal or due to interference from other signals nearby.
