I have had no Internet connection for a day and a half now, I have followed the instructions on screen to get connected but still nothing, I have checked connection status and the app says everything is fine but still no Internet connection could you advise what I need to do please

Unplug  router at wall wait a minute a plug back in.  As it has been over a day check sky status for you area etc .
