Internet

My internet service has been intermittent for a few weeks. All devices say they are connected and I've followed the online checkers and set up guidance but there is no internet. I keep using all my phone data and can't work for any length of time.

@SK401  When you run the service checker and it comes back green can you please click on broadband to get an up to date test and see if it comes back finding the fault.

@SK401  Have you had any more drops in your internet over the past 2 days and did you restart the router in that time period?
