Internet

My internet has stopped working the green light is on for power and WiFi but not the internet itself it is happening quite a lot lately but usually if I unplug it and plug it back in it comes back on but this time it isn't

@Niki1986 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
