Hi 

My internet light on my hub is off with the other two green. Apparently there is no issues in my area so i did all the tests many times but still it didn't work. I tried stwitching the box multiple times but there is still no internet light on at all. 

It has been more than 20 hours now that the internet has been down. I tried calling sky helpline but it says that my number doesn't match with register and asks me to try with different number. Seriously i don't know what to do. Any help greatly appreciate!

@Anushka26 your fault needs reporting to Sky as you are having issues getting through I am escalating your post to a Sky team who support the forum . Thry should send you an invitation to an online chat through the forum tomorrow. Look out for a chat icon appearing in the forum.

 

When calling Sky in future try to use the phone registered to your account as that then means the system can find your account and route your call correctly.
