Hi , my internet is shocking to be fair. But today it won't allow me to connect keeps saying incorrect password I've tried it 3 times

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jamieleigh98 is it possible someone has changed yhe wifi password? You can reset to the default on the hub's label by pressing and holding in the reset oin until the power led flashes which can take 20 seconds or so. If you think someone might be giddling with hub then change the admin pasword as explained here
