Internet won't connect

My sky broadband isn't working I've reset router etc and still nothing . Voice light is orange and internet light is out , all others are green

@Rhianne run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobike connection as that will tell you if there is a known fault in your area. If it doesn't call Sky and report the fault.

Mine says there's a fault in the area. I'm in Hampshire
