Had a new modem and set it up but I cannot connect it to the sky box, I have connected all my devices but struggling with the sky box

@Nattydreadman Which Sky Box do you have as there are 3 different types.

Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
