Internet suddenly very slow

Since last week the Internet has become very slow on my PC. The download speed is currently 1.32mbs. I've scanned for viruses, nothing. I've reset the router. I've tried an ethernet connection and swapped out dongles to see if they are faulty. That doesn't work either. I've tried turning off my firewall and that doesn't help either.

@M_Earl definitely turn the firewall back on as connecting to the internet without one is the same as leaving your home's front door wide open.

 

If you have not done so already run the service checker in the My Sky app as that will show the last speed test result Sky ran to your hub. If you click on thst a screen will open with the last few weeks results and tge guaranteed speed fir your line. If there is an issue the app should offer further help. If it doesnt call Sky.
