In Farnham - we have no access currently to internet despite doing all usual re boots on hub and connections.11:20pm Thursday 15 January.

Yeh I still have no Internet either. On the app it says everything is fine. Restarted so many times and still nothing.

Sky service checker is now detected a problem but it's states it's  the router and when I click let's fix this nothing is happening

Yes. Farmham town center on the brightwells develolment. Dropped out just gone 10pm. Still out

Same here, I'm am in Binsted , our sky broadband went down around the same time and is still down. I rebooted and reset the router and followed the sky help support, which was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I could only carry out the test from my phone using my sim network which kept returning everything was ok but issue with my WiFi. Which there would be as I have to disconnect from it to use my sim to get online.

Same here in Stafford broadband not working have tried the trouble shooting advice have reset router etc. The power light is solid green no internet light solid green WiFi light orange voice light

likely to have been a wider outage for more than just Sky the ,,, all back now so someone was listenting!
