I had the Openreach engineer install my connection and my sky hub today. The internet worked fine for about an hour, but has now stopped. The box on the wall has a green light for Power and LAN, and a red light for LOS.
How do I fix this?

What for the engineer to close the visit and complete the order and you should get a text from sky so say all complete and working
can be up to midnight for that

I had a text from Openreach saying work is completed, and a text from Sky saying broadband is now active.
It still isn't working, and the LOS light is still red.

Can still take up to midnight for everything to fully update
will more than likely be waiting on the emergency services and directory enquiries listing being updated on the voice part of the order, as openreach provisioning don't work weekends this may not update and fully activate the service until Monday or if unlucky midnight on monday as they don't count the activation as starting until Monday morning when their systems restart.
Did you transfer your service from another provider or is it a completely new service?
it is unusual to get installations at the weekend as normally only Monday to Friday but with the time of the year they add in more visits and engineer overtime but don't update the computer systems to match
