Internet still not wirking

We had out reach out this morning and was advise problem fixed with internet however this isn't the case can you check this out and get back to me

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Its Openreach not Out Reach. Have you tried rebooting your hub?
