Broadband speed and WiFi keeps dropping out

Hi our broadband speeds keep dropping out and the sky mini boxes keep disconnecting and we keep having to reboot the main q box and the sky rooter

@Davebroom Are all off the problems you are having only with the Sky Q sat system, has there been any change to anything since this started happening?

Nothing has changed , I've just done a internet speed check and it's only 1.23 

we were getting over 23 meg a few days back

@Davebroom Was a 2 part question! 

If you have not reset it all by now, would advise to just power off the Q and mini's first, know idea what/how you are running a speed test, but now test and to do so you need to be near the hub, wireless not so good, wired better...

I keep resetting both rooter and sky q box then within a day or so I'm having to do this again

@Davebroom Give sky CS a call and have them run the diagnostic while you are on talking to them. In the link below you will find the number embedded if you do not have it.
