Internet speeds Slow

i have checked the speeds on your website and it show 444mbs yet when i go on independant site speed checks it says im getting 65mbs.

Its taking ages to dsiply simple pictures on a website to load up and preview videos on steams homepage mostly dont load up. Im getting download speeds of 9.2mbs on steam and my Sky glass keeps buffering.

Can someone please Email me please with a remedy as this is not good enough.

On a wireless device?  The Sky check reports the figure over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.

65Mbs is considerably more then the 'WiFi Guarantee'.
