Hi, I am connected to my sky router via ethernet cable but the speed I am getting is 90 mbps whereas via my phone I'm getting 400 mbps through the same router

That sounds like either the cable or the device you are using isnt compatible with gigabit ethernet. What device arer you connecting via ethernet? Is the cable your using of high quality and has all 4 pairs connected in it?

As @jamesn123 indicates, the particular hardware is important.

For example: Sky Glass television sets and Sky Stream pucks will never show higher than around 90Mbs on a cabled connection because they only have 100baseT ethernet chipsets.
