Internet speed

My internet speed is currently at 47.5 when I'm paying for 75, I have looked into other providers, they can't match the "advertised" speeds that Sky have. This makes me reluctant to consider changing my broadband, on the other hand if I am not getting what I was promised, then why shouldn't I?
