Good evening, I have noticed over last few months that our internet speed is very poor and test on the app to check. I does appear to be low. I decided to check on an online speed checker and it is literally half what the sky check reads. This evening it's been as low as 0.69 mbps and 3.22 mbps upload. Can this please be resolved. Is it the router needing an update or new? Do I have a speed guarantee ? Many thanks
