Internet speed test from google doesn’t match mysky app
Hello,
My internet speed check on google shows a 1.5 mbps for download and 1.97 mbps for uploads, whilst mysky app shows a 150 mbps download (which is not true), the wifi is extremely low.
i am unable to report it via the app as it shows that no problem is in the area or with the broadband. I want to claim my money guarantee.

@Toufic You will have to call Sky to put in a claim under the speed guarantee, however be aware if the app is reporting the full speed to your router then your claim will probably be declined, the speed that is guaranteed is between the exchange/cabinet and your router not the download speed on your device.
