Internet speed low when wireless
Internet speed is extremely slow when wireless. Speed is fine when through Ethernet. Sky app says it's fine, should be getting around 500mbps getting around 60mbps when wireless

Re: Internet speed low when wireless
Unfortunately, the wireless speed isn't a part of the minimum guarantee speed (MGS) of 500Mbps that is only over ethernet connected devices. Depending on what router you have, eg: if you have the black Sky router then it may be worth trying to split the wireless bands and connect over the 5Ghz wireless band only. There are instruction for the black Sky Hub on the forum explaining how to do this task.
The 5Ghz wireless band has less range but supports higher throughput and when in range would likely perform better than the 60Mbps reorted which sounds like the device is only using 2.4Ghz wireless band which has less capacity.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.
