Internet speed is a joke!
So i switched to Sky in the last couple of days - the Sky Full Fibre 300 on paper would be extremely faster than my previous provider.
I noticed a difference in the worst way straight away - my phone has poor wifi signal and the TV can not play shows at all! It keeps of buffereing and cutting out.
So i tested by moving the tv into different rooms and even tried the tv next to the router.. still the exact same issue.
We also go Disney through sky as well and that is poor at best, same issue - keeps freezing.
Now here is the kicker - we still have a normal Disney subrciprion (not through sky) which has 2 weeks left for the month - and that plays absolutely fine with no issues what so ever.
Has anyone else had this bad experience when switching over, because i am shocked at how our internet has got worse in the last couple of days.

Re: Internet speed is a joke!
A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
