Internet speed 3mbps

Hello,

I’m contacting you regarding a broadband fault at the property.

The connection used to achieve around 40 Mbps download, but for the past month it has been stuck between 1–4 Mbps on speed tests. The issue is constant and does not improve at different times of day.

I have tested the connection directly on the Sky Hub (model SR102) with no mesh system or extender connected, and the speeds remain low.

@gorpet You seem to have missed some information but your sky SR102 is no longer a recommended sky hub, so start off with getting the replacement, see the link below for that! Additional once you have the replacement you can look to see if you have a line fault with those reported speeds.
