Hi, I recently joined sky for my broadband and I have to say am so disappointed with the lack of speed when I go upstairs, my phone is so slow and literally has 1 bar of internet coverage! I am literally few weeks into my contract is there anything I can do because I can't have this for another 17 months it's shocking.
@JoAnne2280 Are you NOT on a 24 Month contract, you should look to get your hub in a better place to cover wireless wi-fi distribution if that is at all possible as you say not where it is currently! If not possible then you need to look at various methods off boosting the wireless wi-fi signal to where you need it!
