Internet slow ,freezing during games not registering results very POOR SPEED yet all checks say fine

internet really slow buffering and freezing ,not registering or maintaining game speeds and results , why is it we have these problems yet the test it advises to take states alls fine which it obviously isn't and that's why I am entering this annoyed comment , if paying my fees were as slow as this speed believe me you wouldn't like it
