Connection issue

We currently moved our sky broadband connection from previous house to the new one, but the connection seems to be not working at all when we checked after the activation date. The broadband is showing red light and when checking the broadband using the band it is showing everything is fine, but there is no connection yet. It's been 15 days without connection from the last day of connection from the previous house.
