Internet set up

Hi 

 

i contacted sky last week and they said i can keep checking on the app to see if there has been any cancellations to see if we can get our internet set up quicker however it doesnt state anything on the app just keeps asking me to contact the team

Its very unlikely, there is a minimum of 14 days lead time from the point of ordering so if your install date is already close to that its unlikely to see anything moved forward.
