Red light on alarm on openreach box

Red light is still on the alarm section on the Openreach box and seems impossible le to report this fault to Sky.

If the line test in the My Sky app isnt allowing you to report it then you can use the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under 'Need more help?' Or we can escalate your post to Sky on the forum so you can chat with a rep.

Thanks for your reply but I have given up, I am just going to switch to another supplier.
