Internet really slow fault not repaired

Had an Engineer out for loss of connection and slow broadband. Text from sky said fault fixed. It is not. Can't get hold of anyone at sky! Only a chat bot!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@SKY4D Existing or not corrected fault, then same way call sky 150 from a connected landline phone, or 150 from a sky mobile!
