Broadband issues

I joined only this week and my speeds are nowhere near the agreed speed. Also, I live in an area with poor mobile coverage and need to connect my phone for better signal and my phone is not connecting with the hub. I have reset the device and the hub numerous times.

Is that an analogue handset plugged into the phone port on the rear of the Hub, and what colour is the 'voice' LED?
