Hi still having problems with my internet 

I run test and it's show only 500 meg 

I should be getting about 650 min am told 

I honestly do think it's the route or line into the house

@STACEYnurse123 What do you see when you look at your broadband and > expand the connection with the service checker, here is a sample to look at on a FF500 connection look at post 4!
