Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nacer1 runnthe connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. Ignore tge intial test reults if tells you everything is great click to run the test again it will tell you if there is a known fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky so they can get the issue fixed.
